Why We Built nospace
No course, no certificate, no false promise — just what we wished someone had told us.

Most of us who built this platform started with no background — no one in the family who worked in an office, no relative who could explain what a “resume” was supposed to look like, no one to ask “is this normal?” when something at work felt confusing or unfair.
We figured it out slowly, with a lot of wasted time and a lot of bad advice from people selling courses.
nospace exists so the next person doesn’t have to take as long.
What this is
Free guides on career, communication, money, and mentorship — written the way we wish someone had explained it to us. In Tamil and English, because the language shouldn’t be the barrier before the content even gets a chance to help.
What this isn’t
A course. A certificate. A promise that following these guides gets you a job. It won’t. What it will do is remove some of the confusion so you can spend your effort on the parts that actually move you forward.
Educate. Organise. Agitate. That’s still the work.
